Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know to make the most of your experience at the FutureMeds London Site Opening & Dinner.

  • This event marks the opening of FutureMeds’ new dedicated London research site, built within a GP practice to expand access to clinical trials across London. It also serves as a forum bringing together leaders from pharma, the NHS, GP Pathfinder clinics, and the broader clinical research community.

  • Dinner capacity is limited. If you only RSVPd to the opening and wish to attend the dinner, please contact Greg Farkas. We will do our best to accommodate your request if space allows.

  • Yes. Photography and videography will take place throughout the opening and dinner.
    By attending, you consent to being included unless you notify the organisers in advance.

  • Parking at the site is available only for guests attending the site opening who are not joining the dinner. This is because staff will not be present at the site after the dinner concludes. If you plan to park at the site, please inform us in advance so we can make arrangements.

    For guests attending both the site opening and dinner and planning to drive, we strongly recommend parking at Wembley’s Red Car Park. A complimentary shuttle will transport guests from the research site to the dinner venue.

  • Business or business-smart.

  • Yes. Both the research site and the dinner venue are fully accessible. If you require assistance at any point, please let us know in advance or upon arrival.

  • Please arrive at 16:00 on 9th December for registration and optional small group tours.

  • Light refreshments and canapes are available both at the site and at the drinks reception, followed by a seated three-course dinner for guests joining the evening programme.

  • Due to limited capacity, additional guests must be approved in advance.

  • Yes, cloakroom facilities will be available at both venues.

  • Please proceed directly to the reception desk upon arrival.

     

    A member of our team will assist you and help you join the nearest tour group or take your seat for the ceremony.
