Introducing GP Pathfinder Clinics
GP Pathfinder Clinics, one of the largest NHS primary care practices in England, is a trailblazing NHS organization revolutionising primary care. By leveraging technology to streamline processes and increase accessibility, they are setting new standards for efficiency and personalised care in NHS primary care delivery, actively shaping the future of healthcare. They manage healthcare services for over 95,000 patients across five sites in North West London.
Patient Participation Group Chair
Varsha Thakore

Varsha is the PPG Chair for GP Pathfinder Clinics with a focus on bringing the widest patient perspective into the practice. She is a patient, has lived and worked in Brent her whole life. A large part of the role is listening to the broad range of patient feedback, their needs and suggestions then ensuring the practice can respond appropriately. Varsha seeks ways of ensuring the patient voice is central to the way the practice works and conveys this to staff at the practice too.

Dr Jahan Mahmoodi

Jahan is Managing Partner for GP Pathfinder Clinics with a focus on Operations. He is an expert on digital transformation and healthcare innovation. Jahan is also Clinical Director for the West Brent K&W Primary Care Network (PCN),working on a strategic level within the NHS to improve primary care services. He trained as a doctor at Bart’s & The Royal London, and has an MSc in Mental Health Sciences from Guy’s Kings’s & St Thomas’s as well as an MBA from Imperial College Business School.
Managing Partner
Dr Muhammed (Mo) Ali

Mo is Managing Partner for GP Pathfinder Clinics with a focus on Governance. He is an expert on patient access, quality of care and reducing health inequalities. His clinical expertise is in mental health, older adult care and patient engagement. He currently serves as a Non-Executive Director (NED) for Central and North West London (CNWL) NHS Foundation Trust. He trained as a doctor at University College London (UCL) and was awarded his MBA from Imperial College Business School.
